Roz Mallet, the first African American woman to serve as chairperson of the National Restaurant Association, and who helped Applebee’s Restaurants grow from two locations in 1983 to more than 2,000 throughout North America today, joins WYLD-FM’s Sunday Journal with Hal Clark. Mallet currently serves as president/CEO of PhaseNext Hospitality, a franchise operator of several restaurants, including Buffalo Wild Wings and Smashburger.
